The Chairman is Rafaelito Barino who is also Chairman of Duros Development Corp., an AAA-licensed construction and development company serving government infrastructure projects and private sector developers for 20-years. Duros holds ISO certification for its management systems in 3 standards of Quality, Environment, and Helath and Safety.
The Managing Director of Cebu Green Peaks is Montano Ty who owns and manages several industrial and manufacturing companies, including H&E Industries and Jumbolon Phils Inc. that produce styropor and polyethylene foam commonly used in packaging and roofing installation for more than 20 years. Mr. Ty’s Multipack Manufacturing, Inc. also manufactures corrugated carton. In addition, Engr. Rolando Tabares, a Director of Cebu Green Peaks, has been in the business of designing and construction of residential and commercial buildings for more than 15 years under his own Roven Engineering Services firm.
The Padgett Place Project TeamThe designers of The Padgett Place is G&W Architects, one of the country’s largest architectural, engineering, and development consultancy firms in terms of resources and annual volume of projects. Founded in 1971 under the maiden name of Gilbert C. Yu, Willie C. Yu Architects and Associates, the company has accomplished approximately 700 commercial, recreational, educational, and multi-level residential projects of various magnitudes.
Marketing and Sales Management is directed by Marketworks Asia Inc., a group of seasoned and experienced professionals with a track record in the field of real estate marketing and sales for 15 years.
The Project Management (construction phase) and Property Management service providers will be selected from a shortlist of professional local and international firms in the industry.
Because of the established businesses and the proven good financial standing of the stockholders of Cebu Green Peaks, the high level of equity infusion into its condominium project as well as the market and financial viability of its projects, financial institutions the likes of Land Bank of the Philippines, Banco de Oro (BDO), Security Bank, and MetroBank have approved credit lines for specific projects of the Company.
